Wolves in Cassocks … WHERE were the Shepherds???

The Louisville story runs on 4 primary tracks

Wolves in Cassocks is powered by Bishop-accountability.org

  • Bishop-accountibility.org is the largest public library of information on the Catholic clergy abuse crisis.  They are a digital collection of documents, survivor witnesses, investigative reports, and media coverage. They also do basic research on abuser histories and church management and maintain definitive databases of persons accused in the United States, Argentina, Chile, and Ireland, with other databases in development.

They are not an advocacy organization, and they take no position on possible remedies for the crisis.  They are a library open to everyone looking to understand the problem of clergy abuse of children.

The materials they have collected also provide insight into child protection generally and Catholic history beyond the abuse crisis, and they comprise a unique case study of institutional response to misconduct and demands for change.

This track covers the Clerical Sexual Abuse Crisis worldwide and provides 100s of thousands of articles, reports, statistics, documents, testimonies, letters, etc. all searchable, transferable and printable. https://www.bishop-accountability.org/Who_We_Are/

In 2011 Bishop-Accountability.org released a comprehensive 392page report on the “Church in Crisis” in Louisville, KY after lengthy coordination with Louisville volunteers. At that time their archive of 30 accused priests consisted of 9,153 pages of priest files and documents which in 2025 represents only a fraction of total documents to date.

Terry McKiernan, President and Co-founder has come to Louisville on several occasions to investigate, report, speak and meet with Louisville volunteers.

Why Louisville?  On a per capita basis, the territory covered by the Archdiocese of Louisville had the most cases of child sexual abuse by priests in the United States and contained here are some of the documents to prove the cover-up.
